Do you come to my home, or do I have to bring my device somewhere?

We come to you. TechEase is a mobile, in-home service. We travel to homes across Tyler and the surrounding East Texas area, and there is no travel charge within 30 minutes of Tyler.

What areas does TechEase serve?

We serve within about a 45-minute radius of Tyler, Texas, including Tyler, Longview, Whitehouse, Bullard, Lindale, Kilgore, and Jacksonville.

How much does tech help cost?

We use flat-rate, published pricing so there are no hourly surprises. For example, computer virus and malware removal is $80, a Wi-Fi or router troubleshooting visit is $40 to $60, and new phone setup runs $40 to $60. There is a $20 service call fee that is credited toward the work performed.

Do you offer a senior discount?

Yes. Customers 65 and older receive 10% off. TechEase specializes in patient, no-jargon help for seniors and their families.

How do I pay, and when is payment due?

We accept cash and card. Card payments are handled through a secure QuickBooks invoice or payment link. Payment is due when the work is finished.

Can you help me figure out if something is a scam?

Yes. A Scam Prevention Checkup is $40 and includes a device review and plain-English education on spotting scam calls, texts, and pop-ups. Helping the community avoid scams is a core part of what TechEase does.
