I've always been the go-to tech person for my family and friends, the one everyone calls when their computer acts up or their phone won't cooperate. Helping people enjoy their technology instead of fighting with it is what I love to do.
After years of solving tech problems for the people I care about, I saw a real need here in the Tyler and Bullard area. Too many folks were stuck with expensive repair shops, inconvenient hours, and technicians who talked over their heads. That's why I started TechEase, to bring affordable, friendly tech help right to your door.
TechEase is just me, Robert. When you call, you get me: one person who takes care of your computer, phone, and technology needs from start to finish. No hauling equipment across town, no confusing explanations, just patient help that makes sense from someone who genuinely cares about making your technology work for you.

I take my time. You will never feel rushed, and you will never be talked down to. I explain things in plain English and answer every question as many times as you need. There is no such thing as a silly question here.
I tell you the price before I start. My pricing is flat and honest, with no surprise fees and no clock running while we chat. If something is not worth fixing, I will tell you that too.
