TechEase Books Connector – End-User License Agreement

The TechEase Books Connector application is the property of TechEase USA LLC and is provided for the exclusive internal use of TechEase USA LLC. It is a private integration between our own QuickBooks Online company and our own back-office automation.

License

Use of the application is limited to authorized TechEase personnel and TechEase's own automated systems. The application may not be copied, distributed, sublicensed, or used by any other party.

No warranty

The application is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind. TechEase USA LLC is not liable for any loss arising from its use to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Governing law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
